Bronze monument Stumbled upon this beautifully executed bronze monument of Battle of Britain (WWII) on the Thames riverfront. The monument was conceived by Bill Bond, founder of the Battle of Britain Historical Society and sculpted by Paul Day.  The casting was done by Morris Singer, which is the oldest established fine art foundry in the world. Early morning at London Paddington station Early morning at London Paddington station was an entirely different experience than being here during the busy day time. This was around the time when the first trains were rolling out of the station. The play of light was spectacular with the train lights adding the extra drama.

Music at Edinburgh castle - 2 It was quite a treat looking at this pair of musicians from different angles.

Harp and Flute at Edinburgh castle - 1 What a lovely pair they made. Very different personalities and instruments. They seemed to genuinely love playing their instruments. Went on and on, playing several famous compositions of western classical music.

Bhimbetka Collection 10 Forces of nature have created such wonderful colours and textures at Bhimbetka. Here it is the play of beige, lavender, copper and turquoise blue, with rock art in the form of human figures. ( Bhimbetka, 2017 )
