Morning walk at Pune university There are parts of the Pune university campus which have large old trees with significant canopy that create shadow zones so necessary for walkers. I realised today that while I seem to be deep in my thought process while walking as well as swimming, walking is far more enriching as the visual around you keeps changing every minute. There is hardly a monotony.  Swimming is certainly enjoyable but lacks this aspect of walking or cycling for that matter.

Tree cover at Pune university It  was wonderful to experience this feeling of being surrounded, covered, protected and comforted from all sides by so many trees with their leaves of all hues and colours and most importantly shadows of different scales of black. One of the enduring and fascinating sights has been the play of sunlight through the tree cover. This sight has never stopped fascinating me as it continues to fascinate countless photographers and painters.

A house in Goa Spotted this house while walking on a street in Goa . Looked charming but had this sad feeling to it. Did not look to be in a good condition.
