Bhimbetka Collection 10

Bhimbetka Collection 10 Forces of nature have created such wonderful colours and textures at Bhimbetka. Here it is the play of beige, lavender, copper and turquoise blue, with rock art in the form of human figures. ( Bhimbetka, 2017 )

Bhimbetka Collection 9

Bhimbetka Collection 9 The rock patterns and textures at Bhimbetka , are storytellers by themselves. They narrate a long tale of what was happening there in terms of geology, weather, arrival of humans and possibly many more things. (Bhimbetka, 2017)

Bhimbetka Collection 2

Bhimbetka Collection 2 This particular rock texture at Bhimbetka had to be captured primarily due to the beautiful play of copper colours. This frame was copper all the way to which I have a bias. ( Bimhbetka , 2017)

Bhimbetka Collection 8

Bhimbetka Collection 8 It is all about the textures and colours. This particular frame was all about lavender, purple and copper playing with each other over millions of years. Humans made an imprint only about few thousand years ago.  ( Bhimbetka , 2017)

Bhimbetka Collection 4

Bhimbetka Collection 4 Interplay of the rock textures and rock art at Bhimbetka . Absolutely fascinating. The copper colours of the rocks had this ability to draw you in. No wonder that the primordial humans took to painting on these surfaces.
